Intake

At the first appointment, usually around week 8-10 of your pregnancy, we have an intake meeting of about an hour. During this meeting, we get acquainted and discuss your health, family background and any other issues relevant to the pregnancy. We are happy to answer all your questions and provide the necessary information.

Other check-ups

The follow-up appointments are often shorter than the intake. Here we also look at where your needs lie. At each appointment, we measure your blood pressure and monitor the baby's growth. Between weeks 30-34 we usually schedule an appointment to discuss the birth process and your wishes.

Return schedule
  • 0-24wk: every 4-6wk
  • From 24wk: every 3wk
  • From 32wk: every 2wk
  • From 36wk: every week

This schedule is a general one, but of course everyone is different and together we will see where your needs lie.
